Return & Exchange Policy
At our brand, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for damaged or used products.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed subject to product availability.
- If the requested size/product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item or opt for a refund.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
- The refund amount will be transferred to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes
- We ( Riti Bastra) bear return shipping charges.
- Please ensure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during return.

Kindly ensure that the following conditions are met, to enable us to process your exchange and serve you better
- You return the item(s) within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt.
- You include your original Riti Bastra tax invoice with the return.
- No return or exchange on sale products or on promotional campaigns.
- If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Riti Bastra reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
- Item(s) bought on sale will only be exchanged (not refunded) for size, except where the item is faulty or defective. If an exchange is not possible at our end, a redemption voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. The redemption voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period.
- All custom made and stitched orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- The item is in original saleable condition:
- The identification tag must still be attached to the Products with the disposable seal;
- The Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged:
- Any sewn labels are still attached.
